Ms. Z hosted a most very lovely Autumn dinner. Sometimes I forget that vegans can eat like this (did I just say that?). Here we have a eclectic mix of dishes culled from a variety of sources. Squash with spiced butter, cornbread & pecan stuffing, scratch applesauce, tamarind seitan kabobs, and my favorite mini herbed pommes. There were brussel sprouts also but I must have added them after I snapped. I want seconds and thirds!
