"I wanna live in Los Angeles"

Get ready for the savory.  Sage Organic Vegan Bistro.

Miss Z.  photographing our gorgeous hearts of palm mozzarella style sticks. These were spot on with marinara & ranch dipping sauce. Lightly fried and tender and...
I knew in advance that I would order the Pesto Croissant Club Sandwich: breaded seitan, tempeh bacon, avocado, arugula, heirloom tomato, red onion, pesto, garlic aioli on a double decker croissant.  Side of potato salad. This was a worthy feat.
KindKreme is also located in Sage. I had a scoop of coffee chip with caramel sauce. Sweet & simple.
Bangers & Mash from the one omni place we visited Mohawk Bend.   Nicely done field roast, with roasted shallots, gravy, and cabbage & onion mash. This was both light & hearty and washed down with an appropriate Humboldt Brown.
Red beet tartare, warm tofu cheese crouton, cucumber, balsamic glace
We saved Madeline Bistro for our final night. If I had to pick favorites I'd say this would be a runner up for number one. The four course dinner is the way to go. Not pictured here, creamy corn bisque.
Two "little" sliders: the bigger mac and filet no fish with a side of yummy potato salad. Amazing breaded seitan in the fish with tartar sauce and perfect veggie burger with pickles in the mack.
PB&J: two precious donuts with a side of blueberry compote with some very excellent butterfinger chunk ice-cream. wow & wow.
