Another year wiser. Another reason to eat cupcakes. I am a stickler when it comes to them these days. Lucky for me, Steeplechase Coffee has opened up in Windsor Terrace. They serve some vegan baked goods from Tres Pommes in Park Slope. This cupcake took the cake. Moist, tender, topped with some of the best icing I've had ever. Delicate, silky, not too sweet, you want MORE not less!  | |

Brownies I'm also a purist when it comes to brownies, this recipe was right under my nose in VCTOYCJ. Melted chocolate and black cocoa powder make these extra brownie-y. |
