Bhakti Chai. Only in Nederland, Colorado is the chai micro-brewed and so strong you know the first ingredient is Ginger. I only had one cup but need more.

Cafe Gratitude, the bay-area's only vegan, organic, non-GMO Mexican food. I can only imagine choosing from an entire menu made up of one of my most favorite foods and being able to order everything without modification.
