Downtown Cancun location, Ave Sunyaxchen/ Yaxchilan.
Tacos Vegetarianos, filled with savory bean/soy patties and tons of veggies. The Sasha smoothie made with aloe, nopales (cactus), and chaya-a spinach like leafy green.
Complimentary pan dulce (well, you pay for how many you eat).
Tofusio! Delicious corn tortillas filled w/ scrambled tofu. Quite possibly my favorite meal.
