Tokyo.2

Loving Hut is a chain restaurant with locations in far flung places such as California and Vietnam. It has stellar atmosphere and the staff are super friendly. For this reason, I visited them twice.

Motto:Be Veg, Go Green, Save the Planet Loving Burger-their homeade veg burger on a perfect bun.
Banana cake w/ soy whip topping. This tasted like banana bread w/ silky marshmallow like coating. Not too sweet and all too good.
This lunch set was Vietnamese style and included delicious soup and spring rolls. Not pictured here is the complimentary Chinese new year red bean bun. Affordable and located off the Marunouchi Line (Yotsuya-Sanchome stop). My first night in town I was lucky enough to find Mother's Organic Cafe in the Jinbocho area. It was the perfect buffet for an excited sleep deprived gal ready to embark on her trip.

There is a Loving Hut only 10 minutes away from my school. I'll have to give them a try because that burger looks so good!
