Tempeh & mushrooms in chimmichurri sauce w/ zucchini, yellow squash, grilled tomatoes, and sauteed broccoli rabe.
Pistachio cake w/ vanilla-cardamom cashew creme, pomegranate coulis, and orange syrup.
